Lunchtime walk along the River

Most lunchtimes I try to take a walk along the riverbank.  I am in lucky in that I work in a building next to the river.  I get to see the Canada geese, the Swans, the moorhens nesting, the herons waiting patiently in the shallows for fish.  I watch as the narrow boats go up and down river.  The rowers from the rowing club practicing for the regatta.  The grandparents and grandchildren feeding the ducks. The changing face of the river throughout the seasons.

Splish Splash!
